Joni Wildman
is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York. Her paintings have been featured in group shows in New York, Los Angeles, and cities in between. Centered on her body and experience, her subjects live in surreal environments filled with stereotypes and absurdity. Chaotic, funny, and grim, her narratives lean on characters from folklore and pop-culture ephemera to showcase the joy and destruction in everyday life.
Joni Wildman is also the founder and Executive Director of WildArts. WildArts is an arts education non-profit located on the Upper West Side in NYC.
