is an artist and a poet living in Brooklyn, NY. She uses self-portraiture to access her fears and anxieties about her future. She’s put herself in the four inch stilettos of a crazy cat lady, partially eaten by the feline loves of her life. Most recently, she has taken on the role of Mary who had a little lamb that she may not have wanted. Themes of gender role-play, predator vs. prey, consumption and unwanted responsibility/unplanned pregnancy play a large role in the work. In her spare time, she writes poetry in the voices of her characters, and she works as a teaching artist to children and adults.
